Alabama has open primaries on June 5th, which means registered voters do not have to be a member of the party to vote in the party’s primary.

Federal Level

President: There is NO candidate running for president in 2018

Senator: There is NO senate race in 2018.

US Congress: All 7  House of Representatives seats are running for election in 2018.

All are Republican except for Terri Sewell in District 7.

State Level

State Executive Level (Democratic primary is on June 5, 2018)

the following positions are open:

Governor , Lt. Governor; Attorney General; Sec. of State

Down Ballot  – Treasurer; Auditor; Agriculture Commission

State Congressional Level

all 35 of the state senate seats are up for reelection in 2018

All 105 delegate seats are up for (re)election.

Supreme Courts:

Vote for  – Chief Justice (Robert Vance); Place 4 (Donna Wesson Smalley)

Ballot Measure:

LRCA State Abortion Policy Amendment Abortion States that the Alabama Constitution recognizes and supports the sanctity of unborn life and does not protect abortion
